BRI Eagle Blog Instructions

For the BRI eagle blog or other blogs that use the comment window and allow the <b>, <i> and <a> tags.

It starts with Suzanne's instructions which are a little more detailed than above and if that doesn't work for you there are step-by-step instructions.
